Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

We enjoy so many experiences, both at school and out and about in our community. Some of the things we love are:

Harmony Week and Book Week events
excursions and incursions
performances and concerts
fundraising for our favourite charities and participating in community events
regular assemblies
Presentation Day and graduation celebrations.

Assembly hosted by 5/6 Rosellas

Date: Thursday, 5 March from 2.10pm-2.55pm

Come and enjoy assembly with us, hosted by one of our senior classes. Everyone is welcome.

Katoomba High School open night

Date: Tuesday, 10 March from 6pm-7.30pm

All families are invited to head to the high school's information night. Meet the teachers and principal and have a school tour. This is open to all families - not just families with children in Year 6.

Stronger Beginnings, Brighter Future playgroup

Date: Every Wednesday of term, from 9.30am - 11am

Playgroup is open to all families with 0 to 6 year olds. Playgroup is free, morning tea is provided, and there's opportunity for indoor, outdoor and sensory play, ina relaxed space in our beautiful school.
