Following acceptance of the minutes from the 2017 AGM and the tabling of the Annual Audit Report for the year ended 30th September 2017, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for those positions. All P&C members are encouraged to attend the AGM to vote and/or nominate for the vacant
positions on the executive (President, 2 x Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer) and sub-committees (Uniform Shop, Canteen and Kitchen Garden).
The AGM is open to all parents/carers who wish to attend, but only financial members are eligible to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions. At the completion of the AGM, the November general meeting will be held.
