Katoomba Public School P&C Association notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

Under the Katoomba Public School P&C Association Constitution, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once in every calendar year. The AGM will be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday, 8 November in the Staff Room. You may also attend via Zoom – link details are on the school website’s Calendar of Events.

The AGM Agenda is:

·       Previous AGM Minutes tabled

·       President’s Annual Report tabled

·       Treasurer’s Annual Report tabled

·       Audited Statement of Income & Expenditure (certified) tabled

·       The election of the Office Bearers and other positions of the P&C. All P&C Office Bearers and Subcommittee Coordinator positions are declared vacant and can be filled by nomination.

The positions to be made vacant are as follows:

o The President

o Two Vice-Presidents

o The Treasurer

o The Secretary

Sub-committee positions include:

o Fundraising Coordinator

o Uniform Shop Coordinator

o Canteen Coordinator

·       New office bearers’ positions commence.

·       Appointment of Auditor for next year

Everyone is welcome to come along, however, all nominations for vacant positions must be Members of the P&C Association. To join, pay your $2 membership fee at the Office. If you are unable to attend but would like to be considered for nomination, please contact the P&C prior to the meeting.
