Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Under the Katoomba Public School P&C Association Constitution, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once in every calendar year. The 2024 AGM will be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday, 13 November in the Staff Room. You may also attend online – link details are on the school website’s Calendar of Events.
The AGM Agenda is: ·
- Previous AGM Minutes tabled
- President’s Annual Report tabled
- Treasurer’s Annual Report tabled
- Audited Statement of Income & Expenditure (certified) tabled ·
- The election of the Office Bearers and other positions of the P&C. All P&C Office Bearers and Subcommittee Coordinator positions are declared vacant and can be filled by nomination.
The positions to be made vacant are as follows:
- The President
- Two Vice-Presidents
- The Treasurer
- The Secretary
Sub-committee positions may include:
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Uniform Shop Coordinator
- Canteen Coordinator ·
New office bearers’ positions commence. ·
Everyone is welcome to come along, however, all nominations for vacant positions must be Members of the P&C Association. To join, pay your $2 membership fee at the Office. If you are unable to attend but would like to be considered for nomination, please contact the P&C prior to the meeting at kps.secretary1@gmail.com.
